This service app is provided by Lufthansa Industry Solutions and will support you in fulfilling tasks for your client. To use this app you do not have to register. But you have to enter a valid task number and password for each task. If you use the app for the first time you need to enter the tenant abbreviation of your client, too. All this informatition will be provided by your client.
